heat oven to 185 degrees
Dough in large bowl
1 1/2 cups of warm water
1 tablespoon of yeast
2 teaspoons of suger
wait for yeast to rise and bloom
2 cups flour
about 1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt
add basil or oregano
Mix
add one cup of flour if not thick in conncistincy
keep mixing until stretchy and kind of shiny
add about 1/2 a cup of flour and mix
then kneed with fingers ( put flour on hands )
Kneeding
remember to pull sleeeves up!
put 1 or 2 tablespoons of olive oil in another large bowl
roll dough around in oil enough to cover the outside of it
put towel on top of bowl and put in oven to rise... about 30 minutes
Flour counter and spread around on counter
take dough out and put on flowered counter
kneed only a tiny bit; not very hard
take out pizza stones and put corn meal on them
then cut in half and put one half on each stone
Shape them onto circles or squares
Don't roll dough to thin!
poke holes with fork into the dough
then rub olive oil on dough
then put in oven until golden
then put sauce on and add toppings and cheese
Sauce
open a can of tamato sauce ( I use Hunts)
put in pan and heat stove top to medium
